FAQ's

Where is my ticket?
eticket is a print-at-home PDF ticket and will be sent to your email address.        Each eticket PDF attachment represents an individual ticket to the show, with its own unique barcode that must be scanned for entry. If you purchased more than one ticket, make sure you print out and bring along each separate eticket PDF to the event.

Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-transferable.

Can I get a refund/exchange?
Behold Entertainment will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).  You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Behold Entertainment does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.

What if I have dietary requirements?
If you have purchased a ticket that includes food and you have food allergies or  dietary requirements, we are able to help! Please contact us via email (info@beholdentertainment.com.au) so we can cater to your requirements. T&Cs apply. 

Do you provide a cloak room at your events?
Sometimes, but for the majority of events you can take your coats and bags in with you.

The event is sold out. Can I still get a ticket somehow?
It is not possible to get a ticket once the event is SOLD OUT.

Im a member of the press, can I register for a ticket?
Yes, for the majority of events we are able to set aside a limited number of seats for members of the press. Please contact info@beholdentertainment.com.au if you would like to request a press seat or have a media query about any events.
